Debbie is the epitome of what pet “care” is about. She is one of the most gentle natured people that I have ever known and she extends that gentleness to our pets.

Not having any family in the area, we were fearful about having to make a choice for the care of our two pugs when we could not have them travel with us. After our first interview with Debbie, those fears were gone. She was amazingly organized and very thorough. She gives her heart and soul to the care of our babies.

When we were out of country, she even kept us updated by answering our e-mails. Each of our boys has some special needs and Debbie has always been attentive to the needs. We never worry about their care when they are with Debbie.

Our family has utilized Debbie for the care of our four furry family members for several years.  Debbie is a complete joy, and our family could not imagine anyone else caring for our dogs during the day when we are at work or when on vacation.  She is both caring and genuine, and it is give us a sense of peace knowing that Debbie sees and cares for our dogs each day.  There have been instances where we have to be here or there, and Debbie has always been most flexible to changing her schedule to ensure she can provide any additional care we might need. 

One of our dogs who has since sadly passed was a seventeen year old shepherd/chow mix. As he has gotten older, he has gathered some difficulty in his back legs. Our old boy was a sweet as they come and always maintained a healthy weight.  As such he would require assistance in walking from day to day, and Debbie was always helpful and comforting to him. As anyone with pets understands, when one ages it gives the owners an increased sense of concern.  It is comforting to get a message or note each day telling us how he did.  We are always grateful for Debbie’s extra concern.

I am a veterinary technician who takes in special needs animals.  I have 5 dogs and 1 cat.  I have both behaviorally challenged ones as well as those that are physically handicapped.  Like many animal lovers, my pets are my world.  Their care and well being is of the utmost importance to me. 

Four years ago, I moved from Ohio to Tennessee.  I had a really super petsitter in Ohio for my crew and was very worried that finding another sitter who would be as knowledgeable, attentive to my dogs’ needs, and reliable would be a challenge.  After using a few other petsitters, I found Debbie who surpassed my expectations.  She not only is reliable, trustworthy, and thorough in her work, but is also very kind and gentle.    My family of four-legged kids just adore her. 

What a relief to have someone who cares for my pets in the same way that I do.  I am always confident that when I am gone, whether it be a mid-day visit or numerous days out of town, I don’t have to worry about my kids when Debbie is taking care of them.  Her dedication and commitment to a job she loves shines through in the great job that she does.
