Laddie is an 8-year-old Collie-Chow mix. His pet parents adopted him when he was 9 months old from Best Friends Animal Santuary in Utah. He had been found on an Indian reservation.

Laddie was born without back feet. He also was not fully formed in his tail or front feet. Except that he needs to be carried up and down steps, he has adapted to getting around in his own special way. Laddie loves to go on walks! He wears booties on his back “stubbs” and enjoys a 20-25 minute outing to keep his back leg muscles working. Otherwise, Laddie does well getting around his fenced-in yard by walking on his front legs only.
